Fashion law professor Kenya Wiley joined the environmental, social and governance (ESG) panel at the Federal Bar Association’s annual Art and Fashion Law Conference on Friday, February 16. Kenya discussed fashion policy developments in environmental marketing, supply chain due diligence and trade, including in Africa and other parts of the Global South.
The fashion law conference also included panels on artificial intelligence, the impact of class actions, and legal and business implications of successful brand collaborations. A huge thank you to Olivera Medenica, Partner at Dunnington, Bartholow and Miller, for hosting and chairing another amazing fashion law conference.
