Policy Counsel and Professor Kenya Wiley joined the green panel at the Fashion Law Institute’s 13th Annual Symposium on April 28. Kenya discussed the FTC’s Green Guides review (including comments addressing equity and social justice) and other fashion policy developments.
The symposium also included panels on global trade issues, intellectual property developments, artificial intelligence and gender-specific dress codes and anti-drag laws. Read more here.
