We are thrilled to announce our Fashion Policy and Justice online course—democratizing fashion policy for students, social entrepreneurs and industry professionals. I created our fashion policy course to share key areas in fashion law and policy that I’ve worked on over the years. This course includes eight sessions discussing: action steps to help shape legislation and regulations related to the business of fashion; the history of U.S. fashion policy; fashion labor and civil rights; sneaker culture and agency developments in IP law; environmental and sustainability policy; and fashion tech, data privacy and AI. The course also includes optional reading materials and you can view/listen on your own schedule.
We will offer a special discount to students, FLSJ paid subscribers and recent law school graduates who took the July 2023 bar exam. Students interested in the course should contact me directly.
