Fashion remains one of the top polluting industries, as policymakers around the world warn of the need to act now to limit global warming to 1.5 °C and halve emissions by 2030.

Join leading voices in design, academia and industry for a discussion on BioFashion, Sustainability and Policy, moderated by fashion policy counsel and professor Kenya Wiley. Fashion tech entrepreneurs and researchers will share their innovations in vegan cactus leather, biodesign, smart packaging and supply chain management. We will also hear from policy experts, as we discuss developments in the US, and the EU’s new package of European Green Deal proposals addressing ecodesign and sustainable and circular textiles.

The virtual panel is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20 at 12 pm PT/ 3 pm ET. There is no cost to attend, but all participants must RSVP to receive the livestream link.
